GENERAL
Reception hours
Please see individual park information.
Check-in, Check-out & Late Arrivals
- Check-in: 3:00 pm for Cabins, Villas and Units, 11:00 am for Sites.
- Check-out: 10:00 am.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee, subject to availability day prior.
- If you plan to arrive outside of reception hours, please contact reception to arrange a late check-in. You may be required to present a valid form of identification at check-in.
Site or Cabin Preference
Specific Site or cabin numbers are not guaranteed
Preference is respected; however, it may be subject to change. You will be contacted to confirm any major change unless due to extenuating circumstances.
No Shows
- If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and no contact is made with the park, the booking will be marked as a no-show the following day, cancelled, with no refund provided, and the site may be resold.
- If you fail to arrive within the reservation term, you forfeit the right to rebook for the following year. To avoid disappointment, please contact reception if you expect to be delayed.
Noise
Please respect other guests and our neighbours. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am.
Guests under 18 years of age
Must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
Fees & Charges
Rates are based on 2 guests and 1 vehicle, with additional fees applying for each extra adult or child. All rates are valid from 1 July to 30 June each financial year and are GST-inclusive. Late departure fees may apply. If accommodation is left damaged or requires additional cleaning, additional fees will apply.
Artificial Turf & Site Protection
- Artificial turf pads are for tents and awnings only.
- No vehicles, trailers, or hot items are to be placed on artificial grass.
- Damage to turf may incur fees up to $2,000.
Cleaning, Damage & Additional Charges
- Guests must leave their site or accommodation clean and tidy.
- Fees apply for excess cleaning, rubbish removal, or any damage to resort property or landscaping.
- Cleaning or damage fees start at $100, charged to the card on file with a detailed invoice provided.
Occupancy
Maximum 6 persons per site
Overnight accommodation
Surcharge applies to single-night stays in cabins, villas, and units.
Subletting
Accommodation and sites are to be occupied by the registered guest(s) as provided on the booking. Accommodation and sites must not be sublet or resold.
Smoking & Vaping Policy
- Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas.
- Strictly no smoking or vaping in cabins, playgrounds, pool areas, or camp kitchens.
- Breaches will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
Liability
No liability will be accepted for any losses, damages, liability, claims, or expenses (whatsoever and irrespective of whether direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from the use of, or connection with our parks, or any products or services purchased at our park.
Equipment length
When booking a site, please ensure your caravan's or motorhome's total length, including the drawbar, any extensions, bike racks, spare tyres, or other add-ons, does not exceed our maximum permitted length. This ensures a comfortable fit and compliance with our park’s regulations. For more information or assistance, please contact our team.
Site Setup
NSW Law requires tents and caravans to be 2.5m apart. No perimeter barriers, windbreaks, or fences are permitted. Additional structures must be approved by park management before installation.
Vehicles & Road Safety:
One vehicle is permitted per site. Additional vehicles/boats and parking may be at cost and park manager’s discretion.
5/10 km/h speed limit (walking pace). Roads are shared zones, follow signage, and give way to pedestrians /bikes/scooters.
Bicycles/scooters
Please wear a helmet and not to exceed 5km/h. Avoid around amenities and through sites and after sunset. No electric scooters or bikes are allowed.
Visitors
All visitors must register at reception before entering the park and if staying appropriate fees paid.
Waste, Sullage & Dump Points:
Please wrap and contain waste, use bins throughout the park, and where available please recycle. Sullage is to be collected and disposed of at approved sullage points. Please use the chemical dump points provided.
Camp kitchens
Where available are open at 8 am and close at 10 pm. Please respect others and clean/wipe after use. No alcohol is to be kept in fridges.
Supervision & Play Equipment
Children under 10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult when visiting amenities and the pool (if available).
Where availabe, all play and sports equipment are available from 8am to sunset. Use is at your own risk
Power chords
For your safety, only 15amp power chords and terminals (plugs) are allowed. Any supply lead used must be a minimum of 10 metres and a maximum of 15 metres in length.
Wilful damage
Please leave the accommodation in the same condition as upon arrival. If your accommodation is left in an unreasonable unsatisfactory state, or services not billed at the time of departure, we reserve the right to debit your credit/debit card or recovery costs for extra cleaning or damage repair costs.
Risks
Under the Civil Liability Act 2002, any occupants, guests or other persons who engage in any recreational activity inside or near the holiday park that may result in harm or personal injury do so at their own risk.
Occupancy
Is granted under the acceptance of our terms and conditions and in accordance with park rules. Management reserves the right to terminate the occupancy due to any breach of the above.

Deposits are required at the time of booking.

Deposits can be paid by credit card, EFTPOS, or cash. Some Clarence Coast Holiday Parks also accept direct deposit — please contact the individual park for details.
BALANCE DUE
- For Low Season bookings, the balance is due on arrival

For Peak Period bookings, full payment is due in advance:

Public Holiday Long Weekends (May & June): Full payment due 2 weeks prior to arrival

Peak Periods (Easter Long Weekend, October Long Weekend, Autumn, Spring & Summer School Holidays): Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival
DISCOUNTS
- One discount per booking
Only one (1) discount, promotion, voucher, or special may be applied per booking. Discounts cannot be combined or stacked. If multiple discounts are presented, the single best eligible discount will be applied.
Seniors Rate
- Eligibility: Available to guests who have a valid seniors/ pension card. The booking must be in the same name as the valid card.
- Benefit: 5% off up to a maximum of $50 per booking. Applies to one booking at a time.
- Scope: Available on select sites and cabins; the base rate may vary by accommodation type and dates. Minimum nights may apply and must be consecutive. Substitutions may be offered if a product is unavailable.
- Payment & changes: Payment and due dates follow our standard booking Terms & Conditions. Offer is for new bookings only; you cannot upgrade an existing booking or cancel and rebook to claim this offer.
- Exclusions: Not redeemable for cash, not valid with any other offer, no valid during peak periods or long weekends, and no further discounts apply. Cancellation fees apply per our standard Terms & Conditions.
General conditions (all discounts)
- Discounts must be requested and validated before booking confirmation; they cannot be retrospectively applied or added after check-in.
- Identification and prior-stay verification may be required.
- Discounts do not apply to surcharges, add-ons, or third-party services unless stated.
- Availability is limited; blackout dates and minimum stays may apply.
- Management may withdraw or amend any discount at any time where permitted by law.
- All discounts are subject to our standard booking Terms & Conditions.
CANCELLATIONS
Credits or refunds may be available for cancelled bookings under the following conditions:

Peak Periods: Cancel up to 60 days before arrival

All Other Dates: Cancel up to 14 days before arrival
All cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions.
- An administration fee of $27 applies to all refunds.
- The time frame for refund processing depends on the recipient’s financial institution.
- No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather.
- No refunds for reservations cancelled due to inaccurate or insufficient information provided on booking.
- No refunds for guests removed from the park for violating park rules. Charges may apply for any damage caused.
- Credits may be used at any of our holiday parks within 12 months of cancellation.
- Credit can not be refunded.
Bookings cancelled after the given deadline will incur a total loss of deposit/prepayment. Clarence Valley Council will process refund requests outside of cancellation terms and if accepted, may take up to 4 weeks to settle.
PETS
Pet dogs are permitted under the following conditions.
a. Pet dogs are not permitted during the NSW or QLD Spring School Holidays, Summer School Holidays, Easter Long Weekend, or Autumn School Holidays.
b. No permanent residents or long-term casuals may keep any pets.
c. Pet dogs may be restricted to specified areas of the holiday park.
d. Aggressive, loud, or disobedient dogs will not be permitted within the holiday park.
e. Pets must be healthy and free of parasites such as worms and fleas.
f. A maximum of 1 pet dog is permitted per site unless otherwise approved by Park Management (not including assistance animals, as defined by the Disability Discrimination Act 1992).
The following guidelines apply to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all guests.
a. Pets must remain within the pet-friendly areas of the park and are not permitted in communal areas (inside reception, pool, amenities, BBQ area, playground).
b. Pets must always remain on leash within the park (lead length must not exceed 2 metres).
c. Please do not use laundry facilities or amenities to wash your pet or pet items.
d. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we ask that noise such as barking be kept to a minimum.
e. Please make sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of any waste in appropriate bins.
f. No pet is to be left unattended including in caravans, tents, or trailers at any time.
g. Please do not allow your pet to approach or interact with kangaroos or other wildlife.
Please remember that not everyone is comfortable around dogs. To ensure respect and consideration for all guests staying with us, we kindly request that you adhere to our pet policy. If the park manager reasonably considers that you have not complied with this policy or your pet acts in any way considered to be aggressive, dangerous, destructive, and impacts unnecessarily on the welfare of other guests, park managers reserve the right to ask you to vacate the park and terminate your stay, in which case you will not be entitled to any refund.
Please be aware that you are responsible for any loss or damage, including property damage and personal injury, that may directly or indirectly result from your pet's actions or omissions. Clarence Coast Holiday Parks reserves the right to apply all fees and expenses associated with any such loss and damage to your account.
Other pets such as cats, birds, or any other animal prescribed by the regulations as a companion animal are not permitted at any time.
CAMPFIRES
By accepting these Terms & Conditions you agree to our Pet Policy and Campfire Guidelines.
Occupancy is granted under the acceptance of our terms and conditions and in accordance with Park Rules. Management reserves the right to terminate the occupancy due to any breach of the above.
