GENERAL

Reception hours

Check-in time
Sites – 11 am
Cabins/villas/units – 3 pm
If you plan to arrive after opening hours, please contact reception to arrange a late check-in. You may be required to present a valid form of identification at check-in.

Check-out time
Sites and accommodation – 10 am

No-shows
Sites will only be held for the total nights paid for. To avoid disappointment please contact reception if you expect to be delayed.
If you fail to arrive within the reservation term you forfeit the right to rebook for the following year.

Guests under 18 years of age
Must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

Rates
Are based on 2 guests and 1 vehicle. Fees apply for each additional adult or child.
Rates are valid from July 1 to June 30 each financial year and are GST-inclusive.

Site or cabin preference
Preference is respected; however, it may be subject to change. You will be contacted to confirm any major change unless due to extenuating circumstances.

Overnight accommodation
Surcharge applies to single-night stays in cabins, villas, and units.

Subletting
Accommodation and sites are to be occupied by the registered guest(s) as provided on the booking. Accommodation and sites must not be sublet or resold.

Liability
No liability will be accepted for any losses, damages, liability, claims, or expenses (whatsoever and irrespective of whether direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from the use of, or connection with our parks, or any products or services purchased at our park.

Equipment length
When booking a site, please ensure your caravan's or motorhome's total length, including the drawbar, any extensions, bike racks, spare tyres, or other add-ons, does not exceed our maximum permitted length. This ensures a comfortable fit and compliance with our park’s regulations. For more information or assistance, please contact our team.

SEASONS/PERIODS

Shoulder periods (NSW & QLD):

  • Winter School Holidays (accommodation only).
  • Spring School Holidays to start of Summer School Holidays.
  • Autumn School Holidays.

Peak periods (NSW & QLD):

  • Easter Long Weekend – minimum stay 4 nights.
  • Public Holiday Long Weekends (May, June, October) – minimum stay 3 nights.
  • Summer School Holidays – minimum stay 7 nights.

All other dates are classified as Low periods so low season rates and conditions apply.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are required to be paid at the time of booking.

  • Low and shoulder periods – first night accommodation.
  • Peak periods - $200 for sites and $400 for cabins/villas/units.

Deposits can be made by credit card, EFTPOS, or cash. Some Clarence Coast Holiday Parks accept direct deposits – contact individual parks for details.

BALANCE DUE

Balance is due on arrival unless the reservation falls within a shoulder or peak period.

  • Shoulder periods and Public Holiday Long Weekends – full payment due 2 weeks before arrival.
  • Peak periods – full payment due 60 days before arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

Credits/refunds are allowed:

  • Up to 60 days before arrival for the Easter Long Weekend and Summer School Holidays.
  • Up to 2 weeks before arrival for all other dates.

Cancellations are subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • An administration fee of $25 applies to all refunds.
  • The time frame for refund processing depends on the recipient’s financial institution.
  • No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather.
  • No refunds for reservations cancelled due to inaccurate or insufficient information provided on booking.
  • No refunds for guests removed from the park for violating park rules. Charges may apply for any damage caused.
  • Credits may be used at any of our holiday parks within 12 months of cancellation.
  • Cancellation of deferred booking will incur a total loss of deposit/prepayment.
  • Credit can not be refunded.

Bookings cancelled after the given deadline will incur a total loss of deposit/prepayment. Clarence Valley Council will process refund requests outside of cancellation terms and if accepted, may take up to 4 weeks to settle.

PETS

Pet dogs are permitted at Calypso Yamba Holiday Park, Iluka Riverside Holiday Park, Minnie Water Holiday Park, and Wooli Holiday Park during designated off-peak periods. Conditions may apply, so please read our Pet Policy before making a reservation. Pets are not allowed at Brooms Head Holiday Park or Diggers Camp at any time.

CAMPFIRES

Campfires are allowed at Brooms Head Holiday Park, Iluka Riverside Holiday Park, and Minnie Water Holiday Park between May 1 and August 31 each year. All fires must be approved by Park Management and are subject to terms and conditions, so please review our Campfire Guidelines before arrival.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions you agree to our Pet Policy and Campfire Guidelines.

Occupancy is granted under the acceptance of our terms and conditions and in accordance with Park Rules. Management reserves the right to terminate the occupancy due to any breach of the above.
