GENERAL
Reception Hours
Please see individual park information
Check In time:
Sites – 11am and Cabins/Accommodation – 2pm
A valid form of identification is required to be shown at the time of check in

Please contact reception during office hours to arrange

Sites and Cabins – 10am
Late check out fee
Will be charged as an additional day unless prior alternative arrangements have been approved by park manager
Booked sites
Will only be held for 24 hours from booked time of arrival, unless other otherwise arranged. Please confirm with reception if you expect to be delayed, to avoid disappointment and confusion
Guests under 18 years age
Must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult (at the discretion of the park manager)
Park rates
Are based on 2 adults and 1 vehicle – extra fees apply for children and additional guests
Prices
Are valid from 1 July to 30 June each year and are GST inclusive
Site or Cabin Preference
Is respected however may be subject to change. You will be contacted to confirm any major change unless due to extenuating circumstances
Peak Season Easter Reservations
Minimum stay 4 nights
Peak Season Christmas, Autumn and Spring School Holiday Reservations
Minimum stay 7 nights.
Single or multi-day reservations at park manager’s discretion
Long Weekends
Minimum stay 3 nights
Cabin/villa/unit accommodation
$25 surcharge applies to single overnight stays.
Subletting
Accommodation/sites are to be occupied by the registered guest/s as provided on the booking. Accommodation /sites must not be sublet or resold.
Liability
No liability will be accepted for any losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (whatsoever & irrespective of whether direct, indirect, consequential) arising from the use of, or connection with our parks, or any products or services purchased at our park
THE SEASONS

The Low Seasons
are
- Between February and Autumn School Holidays
- After Autumn School Holidays to July Winter School Holidays (Sites only)
- Winter School Holidays to Sept/Oct School Holidays

The Shoulder
and School Holiday Seasons (NSW & QLD)
- July Winter School Holiday (Cabins/Villas Only)
- Autumn School Holidays
- Sept/Oct Spring School Holiday to start of Christmas School Holidays
- The Peak Season includes the Easter Weekend, Long Weekends and Christmas School Holidays.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are required to be paid at the time of booking.
- Low periods – first night accommodation.
- Shoulder periods - first night accommodation.
- Peak periods - $200 for sites and $400 for cabins/villas/units.
Deposit payments can be made by credit card, EFTPOS or cash. Some Clarence Coast Holiday Parks accept direct deposits – contact individual parks for details.
PAYMENTS & PREPAYMENTS
Full payment
on booking is required for all Public Holiday Long Weekends. (Minimum
stay-3 nights
Full prepayment
is required for all School Holiday and Peak Season (Christmas, Easter
and long weekend) reservations.
- Peak Season-Easter Reservations – payment in full by 28 February. Minimum stay- 4 nights.
- School Holiday-Spring Reservations – payment in full by 31 July. Minimum stay-7 nights.
- Peak Season-Christmas Reservations – payment in full by 31 October. Minimum stay-7 nights
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations will be accepted:
Low and Shoulder Seasons
Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival
- Deposit/prepayment refunded less $25 administration fee OR,
- Transfer
full deposit or prepayment to a client account or deferred dates to
be used within 12 months of cancellation date.
- Cancellation of deferred booking – total loss of deposit/prepayment.
Within 2 weeks of arrival – total loss of deposit
Easter, Autumn, Spring and Christmas NSW and QLD School Holidays
Prior to 28 February for Easter/Autumn holidays, 31 July for Spring holidays, 31 October for Christmas holidays and 6 weeks prior to long weekends:
- Deposit/prepayment refunded less $25 administration fee OR,
- Transfer full deposit or prepayment to a client account or deferred dates to be used within 12 months of cancellation date.
- Cancellation of deferred booking – total loss of deposit/prepayment.
After 28 February for Easter/Autumn, 31 July for Spring holidays, 31 October for Christmas holidays and 6 weeks prior to long weekends:
- Total loss of deposit.
- Prepayment may be refunded if site or cabin can be relet. It is the guest’s responsibility to contact Reception after the cancelled reservation ‘departure date’ to confirm eligibility for a refund of prepayment.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed by EFT by the Council from bank details provided by the guest in writing and may take approximately 2-3 weeks for processing and posting.
- No refunds for no shows, late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather.
- No refunds for guests ejected from the park for contravening park rules. Charges may apply for any damage caused.
PETS
Pet dogs are permitted at all Clarence Coast Holiday Parks except at Brooms Head Holiday Park and Diggers Camp. Pet dogs may stay during low season, however conditions apply. Please be aware that not all sites are pet-friendly. Maximum one dog per site. Please see individual parks for more information and ensure you enquire about pets before arrival to avoid disappointment.
