When do I pay for my reservation?

You can pay your deposit and balance either online or directly with the park.

For low season bookings, the remaining balance is due on arrival.
For peak periods, full payment is required in advance:

  • Public Holiday Long Weekends (May & June): Full payment due 2 weeks prior to arrival
  • Peak Periods (Easter Long Weekend, October Long Weekend, Autumn, Spring & Summer School Holidays): Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival

Payments can be made by credit card, EFTPOS, or cash.

Can you guarantee a specific site or on-site accommodation?

Whilst Clarence Coast Holiday Parks will make every endeavour to accommodate your request for a specific site or cabin, it is never guaranteed. It is sometimes necessary for holiday park management to move a reservation for an operational reasons.

When can I book for the following year?

Yes, bookings are generally available up to 12 months in advance. For peak periods (such as school holidays and long weekends), existing on-site guests are given priority. Booking windows can vary between parks, so please contact the park directly for details.


Do I need to book before arrival?

We often accept walk-ins, however we do recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, especially during the school holidays and in peak or shoulder period.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in time for sites is 11am and cabins is 3pm.

Check out for both sites and cabins is 10am for all parks.

Our parks can be very busy, so please be respectful of our check out times for guests arriving. Late check out fees may apply.

Are you pet friendly?

Dogs are welcome at our pet-friendly parks during low season. Our parks that allow dogs include:

  • Calypso Holiday Park Yamba
  • Iluka Riverside Holiday Park
  • Minnie Water Holiday Park
  • Wooli Holiday Park

Brooms Head Holiday Park and Diggers Camp do not accept pets at any time. If you would like to bring your dog on holiday, please contact our office before booking to confirm whether pets are permitted on your site or in your accommodation. Exclusions may apply so please read our Pet Policy Terms and Conditions.

Do you allow campfires?

We do welcome the use of fire pits in some of our parks in certain seasons. Please check at the office prior to your stay and our Campfire Policy. Please also remember to be responsible when managing a fire. Practice safe habits for the safety of yourself and other guests. Never leave children unattended near a fire and establish it in an open space, remembering to be respectful of your camping neighbours.

Please extinguish your fire when leaving unattended and before lighting a fire and check with your friendly park managers to ensure that a fire is permitted in your area. If you have any further questions, please contact the park directly.

What parks are located directly on the water?

Calypso Yamba Holiday Park and Iluka Riverside Holiday Park sit on the edge of the mighty Clarence River, Brooms Head Holiday Parks runs parallel to the stunning beach and rock pools, Minnie Water Holiday Park does not sit by the waters edge, however it is a short 5 minute walk to its spectacular local beach, Wooli Holiday Park is across the road from the Wooli Wooli River and a 2 minute walk from the beach, Diggers Camp has direct access to the pristine beach below.

Which parks have playgrounds?

Calypso Yamba Holiday Park, Brooms Head Holiday Park, and Minnie Water Holiday Park have playgrounds within the park. Iluka Riverside Holiday Park sits next to a fantastic large playground and Reserve.

Do you offer a seniors discount?

Yes, we offer a 5% standard seniors discount (up to $50) available at selected times of the year. Please contact the park directly for availability or to enquire about any other upcoming offers.

Do you allow late arrivals?

Yes we do, however we ask that you advise us of this within office hours so you can access the park and find your site easily after hours.

Do you allow early check-in?

We generally do not allow early check-in, particularly on weekends, school holidays and peak periods. If you would like to request an early check-in, it is best to contact the park directly on the day of arrival.

Can I book an overnight stay?

Reservations for single-night stays are not available online. Please contact our friendly staff at our holiday parks to enquire about availability.

Do you have dump points in your parks?

Yes we have dump points in all of our parks except for Diggers Camp

What is the minimum night stay?

Our minimum nights stay vary depending on the park and the time of the year. Please contact the park of interest to confirm minimum nights for the dates you were looking at staying.

Which parks have Safari Tents?

Minnie Water Holiday Park has two fantastic Safari Tents with a shared firepit. They sit in a beautiful open green area – perfect for those who love their own space.

Is linen supplied in cabins?

Yes, linen is supplied to cabins for the specific number of guests at the time of booking.

Do you have kids activities in school holidays?

Yes we do! We love entertaining our youngest guests in school holidays and during long weekends. Please sign up to our e-newsletter, follow our social media accounts or contact the parks directly to find out more.

Are children allowed to ride bikes and scooters in the park?

Yes, they are permitted to ride bikes and scooters in the park. However, all children must wear helmets and practice safe and respectful riding. Children must not exceed 10km/h and must not ride around amenities or high traffic areas. Bikes and scooters are not permitted after sunset. Electric bikes/scooters are not permitted at all.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Do you have a Guest Compendium?

Yes, each of our parks has a digital guest compendium with helpful information for your stay, including park maps, facilities, and local tips. You can access your park’s compendium here:

Do you have camp kitchens in your parks?

Yes we do. All parks have a camp kitchen with the exception of Diggers Camp, which is off-grid camping.

Do you have Wi-Fi in your parks?

Yes, we do. However, Wi-Fi can be patchy throughout the parks and at some sites and cabins. It’s not suitable for streaming. Please check with reception for more details.

Which parks have a laundry for guests to use?

All parks except for Diggers Camp have a laundry for guests to use.
