When do I pay for my reservation?
You can pay your deposit and balance either online or directly with the park.
For low season bookings, the remaining balance is due on arrival.
For peak periods, full payment is required in advance:
- Public Holiday Long Weekends (May & June): Full payment due 2 weeks prior to arrival
- Peak Periods (Easter Long Weekend, October Long Weekend, Autumn, Spring & Summer School Holidays): Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival
Payments can be made by credit card, EFTPOS, or cash.
Please use our Guest Portal to pay your booking balance online.
Can you guarantee a specific site or on-site accommodation?
Whilst Clarence Coast Holiday Parks will make every endeavour to accommodate your request for a specific site or cabin, it is never guaranteed. It is sometimes necessary for holiday park management to move a reservation for an operational reasons.
When can I book for the following year?
Yes, bookings are generally available up to 12 months in advance. For peak periods (such as school holidays and long weekends), existing on-site guests are given priority. Booking windows can vary between parks, so please contact the park directly for details.
Do I need to book before arrival?
What time is check in and check out?
Check in time for sites is 11am and cabins is 3pm.
Check out for both sites and cabins is 10am for all parks.
Our parks can be very busy, so please be respectful of our check out times for guests arriving. Late check out fees may apply.
Are you pet friendly?
Dogs are welcome at our pet-friendly parks during low season. Our parks that allow dogs include:
- Calypso Holiday Park Yamba
- Iluka Riverside Holiday Park
- Minnie Water Holiday Park
- Wooli Holiday Park
Brooms Head Holiday Park and Diggers Camp do not accept pets at any time. If you would like to bring your dog on holiday, please contact our office before booking to confirm whether pets are permitted on your site or in your accommodation. Exclusions may apply so please read our Pet Policy Terms and Conditions.
Do you allow campfires?
We do welcome the use of fire pits in some of our parks in certain seasons. Please check at the office prior to your stay and our Campfire Policy. Please also remember to be responsible when managing a fire. Practice safe habits for the safety of yourself and other guests. Never leave children unattended near a fire and establish it in an open space, remembering to be respectful of your camping neighbours.
Please extinguish your fire when leaving unattended and before lighting a fire and check with your friendly park managers to ensure that a fire is permitted in your area. If you have any further questions, please contact the park directly.
What parks are located directly on the water?
Which parks have playgrounds?
Calypso Yamba Holiday Park, Brooms Head Holiday Park, and Minnie Water Holiday Park have playgrounds within the park. Iluka Riverside Holiday Park sits next to a fantastic large playground and Reserve.
