We have been alerted that the booking systems provider, RMS Cloud, had a phishing attempt sent to their global portfolio of customers.

As a customer of RMS Cloud, we have contacted guests to alert them of the phishing attempt, which claims that their booking payment has failed, and asks them to update payment details or their booking will be cancelled.

Any guest who has received this suspicious email, SMS or WhatsApp message is advised to ignore it and delete it immediately.

Customers who have shared their credit card details via the phishing email, SMS or WhatsApp should contact their bank immediately.

To confirm, Clarence Coast Holiday Parks do not send communication via WhatsApp.
