Frequently asked questions
Don't have an account yet?
Your guest account is created automatically when you make a booking with us. Look for a confirmation email from Clarence Coast Holiday Parks — your login details will be included. If you can't find it, visit the portal and use the Forgot Password option to set up access using your booking email address.
When is my balance due?
For low season bookings, your remaining balance is due on arrival. For peak periods, full payment is required in advance — 2 weeks prior for Public Holiday Long Weekends, and 60 days prior for Easter, school holidays and other peak periods. You can pay your balance directly through the guest portal.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
For changes to your booking please contact the park directly. Cancellation conditions vary depending on the time of year and type of booking — refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
