Minimum Stay Requirements

During the Christmas school holidays, a 7‑night minimum stay applies at all Clarence Coast Holiday Parks.

Deposits & Payment Information

A deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure your stay.

• Sites: $200 deposit
• Cabins, villas, or units: $400 deposit

⚠️ No payment = no booking

The full balance of your stay must be paid 60 days before arrival.
