CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations will be accepted:
Low and Shoulder Seasons
Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival
- Deposit/prepayment refunded less $25 administration fee OR,
- Transfer full deposit or prepayment to a client account or deferred dates to be used within 12 months of cancellation date.
- Cancellation of deferred booking – total loss of deposit/prepayment.
Within 2 weeks of arrival – total loss of deposit
Easter, Autumn, Spring and Christmas NSW and QLD School Holidays
Prior to 28 February for Easter/Autumn holidays, 31 July for Spring holidays, 31 October for Christmas holidays and 6 weeks prior to long weekends:
- Deposit/prepayment refunded less $25 administration fee OR,
- Transfer full deposit or prepayment to a client account or deferred dates to be used within 12 months of cancellation date.
- Cancellation of deferred booking – total loss of deposit/prepayment.
After 28 February for Easter/Autumn, 31 July for Spring holidays, 31 October for Christmas holidays and 6 weeks prior to long weekends:
- Total loss of deposit.
- Prepayment may be refunded if site or cabin can be relet. It is the guest’s responsibility to contact Reception after the cancelled reservation ‘departure date’ to confirm eligibility for a refund of prepayment.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed by EFT by the Council from bank details provided by the guest in writing and may take approximately 2-3 weeks for processing and posting.
- No refunds for no shows, late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather.
- No refunds for guests ejected from the park for contravening park rules. Charges may apply for any damage caused.
